J- BACKWARDS IN CLIP
K- STOP
L- FORWARDS IN THE CLIP

CTRL+SHIFT+ SPACE- Plays in and out clip

to create a sequence
file- new- sequence (ctrl+n)

once this is set and you put a clip in click "Keep existing settings"


ALT+B= ripple edit tool (extend or unextend a clip)

ALT+C= Razor tool

V- back to pointer
W= cut

EXPORT- VIDEO- FIELD ORDER- PROGRESSIVE
